AI governance ratings & assurance

Evidence in. Governed assessment out.

The assurance layer enterprises need before an AI system reaches production — controls mapped to named obligations, evidence with owners and dates, and a governed assessment that says where the system stands.

Critical gate open

Retention and deletion evidence not supplied. The gate holds the decision at Conditional regardless of the Governance Score of 72.

Why now

The buyer already owns the obligation. AIGX supplies the measurement.

Enterprises must now demonstrate that AI systems are governed, explainable, secure and continuously monitored. The obligations are fragmented. The evidence is not.

Regulatory pressure

Mapped controls, not policy statements

Overlapping regimes demand controls tied to named obligations and evidence a reviewer can trace.

Procurement gating

Deployment blocked without assurance

Real estate, finance and government buyers will not sign until governance can be compared across vendors and AI-enabled workflows.

Lifecycle obligation

Governance does not end at launch

Model changes, incidents and revalidation make assurance a continuous requirement, not a one-time review.

The governance gap

Most organizations hold the left-hand column. AIGX operates on the right.

What AIGX delivers

Three surfaces. One evidence model behind all of them.

Assessment and platform are available today. Independent rating issuance is being established as the Index builds a body of completed assessments.

Surface 01 · available

Governance assessment

A fixed-scope engagement that maps controls to obligations, collects evidence and returns a remediation roadmap.

Surface 02 · available

Governance platform

Multi-tenant evidence, scoring, approvals, monitoring and executive reporting across the whole AI portfolio.

Surface 03 · in development

Index rating

Designed so that independent review converts validated evidence into an AIGR™ designation and a procurement-ready report.

Operating core

Every sector framework runs on the same infrastructure.

Shared evidence, scoring and rating machinery — so a new sector is a new framework, not a new product.

01

Framework

Sector controls, risk classes, evidence requirements and scoring criteria.

02

Assessment

Evidence is mapped, blockers identified and a remediation roadmap set.

03

Platform

Evidence, scoring, approvals and monitoring in one multi-tenant system.

04

Rating

Independent review is designed to convert validated evidence into an AIGR™ designation.

05

Surveillance

Monitoring, expiry and material change are designed to trigger re-assessment across the portfolio.

Every requirement carries an artifact, an owner and a reviewer state.

Nothing is scored on assertion. A control is either evidenced, in review, or blocked.

Illustrative product interface. Not an issued rating.

A strong average never masks a severe failure.

Critical-gate logic holds the rating independently of the Governance Score. Five dimensions can pass and one open gate still returns Conditional.

Two layers, one opinion

The AIGX Governance Score™ is the 0–100 analytical measure. The AIGR™ designation, AIGR-100 to AIGR-40, is the operative rating published for executive interpretation.

Critical-gate logic

Blocker states prevent strong averages from masking severe safety, privacy or security failures.

Independent issuance

The framework is designed to separate platform workflow and remediation support from rating issuance and reviewer approval.

Benchmark cohorts

Completed assessments build controlled sector cohorts and maturity benchmarks under consent and confidentiality rules.

Standards & framework alignment

Mapped to the frameworks your auditors and regulators already use.

AIGX™ is designed to support organizations in assessing AI governance maturity and mapping governance practices to internationally recognized AI governance, risk, security, privacy and compliance frameworks.
